We want you to be HIGHLY COMPETENT in:

  • Conducting end-to-end ethnographic research independently, and with a team
  • Presenting and communicating your work and your team’s work
  • Creating journey map independently, and with a team
  • Conducting UX Research, either as a team member, independently, or as a leader
  • Qualitative and Quantitative Research
  • Data Analytics
  • Using at least two Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis Tools
  • Translating raw data into actionable insights
  • Conversational English
